You guys are incredibly careless. My family and I got really lucky that we DOUBLE CHECKED the items before we handed them to... the person for whom the order was for. We ordered a BEYOND FAMOUS STAR because the individual it was for CANNOT EAT MEAT. Notout of some fashionable thing, but literally CANNOT EAT MEAT. Had they eaten it and possibly end up at the E.R., it would havebeen terrible. The entire order was mostly correct except for that one burger. This is unacceptable. This is like lazybaristas who give caffeinated coffee to someone who ordered decaf because they think it's funny. I get that mistakes happen,but you NEED TO QC items before just handing them off. I have filed a formal complaint with your corporate headquarters tofurther address this matter. Be happy this is me you will be dealing with, and not any of the Attorneys I work with. If thishad been a different outcome, the complaint you'd be receiving would be addressed via the Superior Court. Read more
Drive through wait time was longer than Mc Donald's or Jack in the box on any given day. I felt rushed when placing my order.... Food was hot and as expected. The sandwich I ordered cost $7. Read more
Wish the app worked better and they offered the same pick up curbside service McDonald's does. Gets busy often and very pricey.... They need lower priced options on the menu. Read more
The only thing I ordered were Large french fries no salt and got soggy french fries with a lot of grease, and the Mgr. still... denied it after we showed her the bag. Would not recommend this Carl's Jr Read more
They never have barbecue sauce, and every time I ask for light ice it seems as if they add extra ice on purpose. The girls who... work evenings have no customer service whatsoever! Read more
Review for January 3rd 2022. I usually come here after work after working a very hard day. There is an In-N-Out Burger is right... across the freeway from them. But In-N-Out Burger is usually pretty full in the Drive-Thru. So I go to Carl's Junior and get aburger here right before I get on the freeway. It's pretty decent is not bad can't complain. It fills me up whenever I'm reallyhungry right after work. I'm not guilty, to say that I do appreciate the fact that they are not as busy as in and out. Thankyou. Read more
Early morning breakfast! 7am on monday not very busy! The burgers were hot and tasty! Crisp morning air and you can see the... condensation coming off the Super star burger! Great huge parking, awesome for RVs and big trucks. And its next to the 5freeway. So easy access to exit from the street to the freeway. Read more
After being in the E.R the whole night my son was hungry he wanted this. He got the chicken star meal and I ordered 2 western... cheeseburgers requested to add mayo. Got home opened the cheeseburger and looked what it seemed the added a pound aid mayo itwas gross. I called spoke to a Jessica to let her know of the situation and not one apology, she said if bring them back and wewill make you new ones.
