If I could not give stars I would, I am not one to post reviews, really I?m not but I felt I just had to this time. We sat at... the bar expecting it to be quicker, I was so wrong. It took 15 minutes for someone to come ask if we wanted something to drink,we placed our order. 20 minutes passed by and our drinks were not out nor was the miso soup we ordered, I kindly asked the girlthat took our order if it was going to take longer as we had to pick up our kids from school. She said they were already doingour sushi, I said ok. I asked if I could pay that way as soon as we were done eating we can leave. She apologized, the youngladies taking orders and serving were so kind and you can tell they felt bad for customers including me. I told her it was okthat I understood but that my kids had been waiting outside of school long enough and I had to leave. They finally brought themiso soup, it was cold and salty, we gave it back. We waited 20 more minutes and nothing. I again kindly asked the girl for ourorder, she said they were on it, they finally brought out one out of 3 rolls, I kindly asked the lady doing the sushi if she canput it to go since we really had to go pick up our kids. She said yes, i thought she had all rolls ready and I would wait, 15more minutes passed and nothing, I had to leave. My kids are 8 and 10 it?s 8:25pm I had no option but to leave. I again kindlyasked if I can come back for a refund they said yes. Not ones did the manager come apologize or ask what was going on. On my wayto pick up the kids my husband called and asked to credit the account, the manger/owner said he would but didn?t even bother toask what happened or apologized. I called again sisnce it was processing on my account, he was rude and mean. I asked for hisname he gave it to me and made it a point to tell me he was the owner. Nice place to eat. Needs more variety of vagan food.
This place has change alot Not the same service . Sorry to say it But we had to get up to get our own forks. They totally... forgot two of our orders . Unbelievable. We use to come often, now I don't think so. Read more
Great food without the crowds. If you like mom and pop restaurant's, you'll love this place.
