ZERO STARS!The manager at night with the glasses and tattoos is extremely RUDE!!If you don't like to work with the public find... another job!I saw her scream at two customers because he wanted more green salsa.With the other customer she was yelling at himbecause he wanted a refund,which I completely understand the customer because they where taking FOREVER.There were no cars inthe drive thru either.I asked if she can put the chicken separately because my friend doesn't like chicken,she always says NOand gives me a harsh attitude.Every time I order burritos they always have dry chicken and bones.The tables are always dirty.Itried contacting pollo loco thru their app and I never received a response.The trash is ALWAYS overflowing and the soda machineis always wet, somebody could easily slip.I almost did,I was walking not running.My quesadilla was absolutely awful it was soggyand bland tasteless and they forgot to give me chips on the side.The pollo loco employees always give me dirty looks when I askfor serano chilies.They also don't fill the sides up all the way.You need to speak to that so called manager at night becauseshe has a huge attitude problem! If you're looking for vegetarian options, then order the double chicken tostada bowl. We ordered two of them and they looked... like this. We recently moved into the area and this was out first time ordering from this location. We ordered a burrito as welland it wasn't good at all but when you haven't eaten all day you don't want to go back for a refund. Read more
Slow service, not enough staff to take your order. Staff are overwhelmed by internet orders. I am very dissapointed by lack of... service and sanity. 20 minutes to get a pollo bowl! Also, the food is delicious but as a company Ell Pollo Loco pollutes ouroceans and planet earth by using plastic bowls and lids. I hope this company one day can change and offer bio degradable bowlsand salsa cups and lids abd show their support for planet earth! Read more
Got a simple double chicken tostada salad. As I'm into my meal about 4-5 bites in I notice paper in my salad and not just small... piece. Very noticeable sized paper in it all mixed with food. For the employees preparing the meal not to notice what they areputting in the bowl is very disturbing. Went back to the restaurant. They claimed it was the avocado paper. Mind you the avocadois at the top of the salad Thankfully they gave me a refund. Read more
Horrible. Ordered online. Missing items. No one was able to do anything. No manager to refund or fix the issue. Stay away. They... will screw you and they don't care. It's a joke to them, they keep lying, no matter what time of day you call there is never amanager on duty. Read more
