If I could give them 0 starts I would, not because of the drinks they sell, but because of the HORRIBLE customer service they... have. When I walked in; the line only has 2 customers in front of me. Literally it took them from 6:45 to 7:12 for them to giveme 2 drinks and that's because I told them that I had been waiting otherwise who knows how long it would have taken them. A BIGno no for me was when I saw employees sniffing the blended drinks from the actual blender to check what drink they had madebecause apparently putting your nose and mouth near someone's drink is okay to do. Do not waste your time here, go elsewhereunless you want to wait pass 30 mins. for a drink. Will not be coming here anymore. Read more

You can't come here if you're in a rush. The parking is difficult to say the least, and it gets pretty packed for its size given... the location has a lot of traffic. That being said, they work fast (kind of have to), so still great service! But very poorchoice of location. You're better off getting dropped off and picked up. I recently placed an order and waited for about 30 minutes. When I went to check, the employees said they had no record of our... order. Then the employees said we would have to wait longer because they would have to make it and it would be at the back oftheir order line. Also the lady who was in charge was completely disrespectful and curt with her responses to us. I had tocancel my order and do a charge back to get my money back. To top it off, their line was extremely long as they did not prepareproperly and did not have any boba made. Boba drinks are good. Would have given them five stars, but the wait is too long. Seems like they are understaffed. Waited... about 15 minutes to give my order (I was in the front, cashier left to the back of the shop). After my order was taken I waitedabout 30 minutes to get my order. Great selection of boba drinks. Everyone working there seems like they're in high school, so service and quality could be a hit... or miss type of situation. Also, gets very packed after school hours since the kids from the nearby school go there right afterschool. Could be a good experience or not. It's Russian roulette at this location. There is a boba time in Lancaster and Palmdale California and the boba smoothie there are very delicious. Today I'menjoying a mango boba smoothie. However, I enjoy a coffee or a caramel frappe boba as well. And it is very delicious. It isprepare very timely and the customer service is very good. You gotta check this place out! I ordered a dragon fruit açaí bowl and it did not disappoint! I received my order within a... couple minutes and it looked so beautiful I ended up eating it there. The fruit is organic which is a plus for me and it tastedbetter than it looked! I also ordered a couple of macarons based on the cashiers recommendations and they were equally astasty. The store was clean, the employees were all wearing masks, and I saw the cashier disinfecting the tables a couple times.There isn?t much parking out front but there is a huge parking lot across the street with plenty of open spots.
