Dined-in for Thanksgiving. You pretty much are your own server at this place. Customer service is non-existent, and you will... just be ignored at your table. Staff not very personable. No refills for coffee. Poor food quality and taste. The tamales aresour and nasty...Served cold. Ask for them to be warmed up in the microwave... Staff refused! Our first and last time!! Read more

First and last time here. Did not like that you have to order yourself up front and seat yourself (pretty much your own server).... Was trying to order my order but half of the menu was not available according to the cashier. You have to get up and grabeverything yourself. Ordered tamales and cazuelas dish... not good! Tamales were very bland and break up easily. The cazuelasplate bland as well, the only good part was the grilled nopal. Tortillas were not good, falling apart easily as well. Came here with family which they've been here before, but it was my first time dinning at this restaurant. I just wanna say how... much I really loved they're Iced Cafe de Olla !! ???????? I had grabbed some coffee creamers because I thought the coffee wouldtaste bitter. But much to my delightful surprise it wasn't ???? - I mean it was slightly bitter but also had the right of amountof sweetness to my liking and therefore decided not to add extra sweeteners lol. As for my food, I ordered the Blueberry MadnessPancakes - which is topped with fresh blueberries, whipped cream, sliced almonds, as well as some powdered sugar & served withmaple syrup on the side. Not only are the pancakes topped with Blueberries, but they were also mixed into the batter - which Idefinitely loved. ???????? They are true to their words as listed on the menu... The pancakes felt chewy and delicious. Theblueberries - OMG they tasted so fresh and didn't feel mushy. I gave a taste to my grandmother and she even loved the taste andtexture of the pancakes! ???? The staff were very patient and generous during our time dinning in. I would be coming back toeat or order from and totally recommend this restaurant to my friends and family!! ????????????? The food was hot and delicious! The service was great! I would definitely recommend this place. I will return to eat here again.... There is one thing I would offer if I was Magaly... Room temperature salsa. The very cold refrigerated salsa makes food coldquickly when added. Other than that everything was excellent. Read more

Great homemade food. The Staff is very friendly. I had fish tacos. They were fresh and delicious. I will definitely go back.

Another little gem in the East valley. Very nice atmosphere Friendly staff. Little fruit & Vegetable stand inside as well witch... is pretty convenient. Called in my order and it was ready when I arrived so that?s another plus. Got a dozen tamales mixed pork,Chili cheese, Mixed vegetable and Sweet corn & Pineapple. I have to say Not bad at all!
