The manager here is the worse, big dude is rude and enjoys abusing his power, if that don?t work he will try and intimidate you... with his overgrown height. I every time I came I always heard the employees curse in Spanish as if nobody understood. Bathroomsare always dirty and I saw two fat roaches in there. This place needs a change in staff asap. I have gone to this San Fernando location multiple times. 8 of 10 I will say, my order is wrong. When I mention this to person... working at window, I am asked to park in front. Not only did I wait in long line now I need to wait again for them to correctthis issue. Another 15min gone. And hope they get it right the 2nd time.
