Sometimes the lines are long and when they don't have your order ready they take a while to bring it out. Especially mid morning... and afternoon when the nearby middle school let's out. Ordering on the app could save you some time. Read more
The manager here is the worse, big dude is rude and enjoys abusing his power, if that don?t work he will try and intimidate you... with his overgrown height. I every time I came I always heard the employees curse in Spanish as if nobody understood. Bathroomsare always dirty and I saw two fat roaches in there. This place needs a change in staff asap. I went today to get a quick breakfast. There was a hair in my sandwich. I just disliked the Orange juice. It tastes like... extremely water down orange. I have gone to this San Fernando location multiple times. 8 of 10 I will say, my order is wrong. When I mention this to person... working at window, I am asked to park in front. Not only did I wait in long line now I need to wait again for them to correctthis issue. Another 15min gone. And hope they get it right the 2nd time. Sometimes they look at me like it was my fault.Unexceptable. I will mention that this does not reflect on the employees that work hard. Read more
