Ordered online and waiting time was 1 hour we waited at home still waited 36 mins for our order to come out. Soda was flat and... No ice. This is very frustrating Such a waist of time and Money. I ordered an 8 piece combo and the new chicken sandwich. Was told it was going to be around 20 minutes and had to wait almost an... hour. I wasn't the only one getting tired as people inside were getting restless and annoyed by how long it took to get served.Not only did I watch people wait for their food for over an hour I experienced tickets getting lost in the establishment,door-dash orders having to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Customer service was horrible as the cashier was being veryunprofessional, not prepared, and disrespectful. While I do not think anything of it, I am fairly sure not many people in foodservice call their guest "Bro." Finally even after I got my food fries were burnt and crushed and I definitely did not want towait another hour for them to "fix" my fries. Will absolutely stay away from this location. Read more

The worst wing stop I have ever experienced. I ordered online and was quoted 33-38 mins. I arrived at the 35 minute mark and... there was nearly a dozen people in front of me waiting and are upset with the delay on the food. The staff was ill-prepared,showed no empathy and did not care. I wanted over an hour and finally told them to refund me which I highly doubt they will do.Avoid this location at all costs. Read more

Called in an order for a family bundle of wings, gentleman on the phone taking order was very accurate on timing and had my... order ready by the time I got there to pick it up. I ordered a 30pc 10/10/10 flavor. One of the flavors was Garlic Parmesan When I arrived home after a 20min drive it was obvious... that there was no sauce or parmesan cheese on the 10 wings, and they were just regular unsauced wings. I called the store andthe Front of House employee informed me that he was sorry and that he could offer me a credit towards a new order or replace the10 wings if I wanted to come back. I asked him if he needed me to bring the whole order back, or if the kitchen ticket wouldhelp him. (Check# 900546). He informed me that none of that would be necessary and that my new 10pc would be in the fryer and Icould come back to the store. When I arrive, I show the front of house that I wasn't being deceiving and show him pictures ofthe order, since he told me that there would be no need to bring the whole original 30pc order back. He then went to his cooksand thought that I couldn't hear what he was saying but said that this customer has "snap chats" of his order, and began tolaugh over my desmise. ALSO not to mention there was a lady in plain clothes and no uniform working the kitchen which seems VERY sketchy and unprofessional. When handing me the food he informed me in a very condescending tone that normally the store wouldonly honor a mistake if the whole order was brought back. I told him that over the phone I said this and asked him numeroustimes if this was an issue. There is no reason to cop an attitude here, and the situation was resolved if it wasn't for asnarky comment. Not to mention I paid for a large blue cheese ($4.50+) and was given 6 small blue cheeses. 6 Small bluecheeses DOES NOT equal the same volume as a large blue cheese, which is a rip off. Read more
