We love the service and the staff at our local yogurt land.
4 staff in store... yet we could not purchase yogurt because the girl up front said they were low on staff. It?s 8:20 pm,... Saturday night 1/8/2022, just FYI management... Made no sense to us... why not just close down? Kids don?t want to work. Wouldgive 0 stars for zero service. Read more
I highly recommend a visit. Client of a few years and nothing but great experiences. They tool the time and provided options and... sizing. I visited this store after other shops that seem to care about a quick sale and not much more. Read more
Good experience, even with covid operations, one thing that would be better is if they had more product knowledge. My lady... asked if they had non-fat options, the girl assisting us said they had 2 available. Since we couldn't get close to themachines, at the time of ordering we couldn't see for ourselves, but as we moved through the line, we could see there were moreavailable than that, and she even served someone else, something she would have picked instead. Should have returned, the oneshe ended up with, but she didn't want to 'waste' it, or put them through that.... Read more
Very over priced! There are not enough flavors to choose from and I was highly disappointed. I have a yogurt place where I take... my kids where we live and it is amazing compared to this. There are at least 20 varieties whereas Yogurtland had maybe 12 at themost! Oh and I was not impressed by the staff. No customer service at all. Won't be returning. Read more
Slightly deceptive pricing and the chocolate taste like cardboard but it's on par with other Yogurtland locations.
