Unfortunately I will not be visiting this store again. We needed a few items in a pinch while moving in to the neighborhood.... They are literally reselling Costco paper towels individually here. There was no price label on them. When I went to check outthe clerk told me a roll was $4.99. I thought that was absurd so I told him I didn?t want it anymore. He turned and spoke to Iassume the owner/manager of the store, then turned back and said, ?Ok $3.99.? Interesting pricing practice. Consider it a oneand done purchase! Read more

Your late night mission may be thwarted. Ive gone at various different times and more often than not ive tried to open the door... and the clerk was just standing there and shook his head. I thought 7-11 was supposed to be open 7 days a week 11months out ofthe year? Read more

I wanted just ONE bottle of water. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less. I was biking so I didn't want any unnecessary weight.... I walked into the store, grabbed a bottle of water, then went to the register to purchase the one bottle of water. The cashier, whom I'm pretty sure was a child, told me about their buy one get one free offer. I told her I would not like another bottle asjust the one was necessary. She repeated herself thinking I didn't hear her offer, so I repeated myself and told her that I didnot need another bottle of water, just the one. She then did not let me purchase my things until I grabbed another bottle ofwater, so I then had to walk back to the fridges and grab another bottle of water. I understand this was to my own benefit, butif a customer refuses the offer, then you do not force the offer onto them. When I left the store I handed one of the bottles ofwater to a gentleman outside of the store so it wouldn't be wasted unlike my time. Read more

Goodbye Slurpy. We had a long run. But, I used a new robotic system at 7-11 yesterday that made me a smoothie right before my... eyes. It added all the ingredients all on its own. Moved the cup under the blender. Blended it and moved it to where I couldgrab it and go. I was very impressed! There are quite a few choices so I can't wait to go and try more of them. Missing starfor an exceptionally long long line due to the fact that someone had trouble paying for their stuff. Finally the clerk asked himtoo step to the side and served the long line instead. The staff of this 7-11 is hella rude every time I've gone there for the past 3 years. They leave you standing at the register... half-rung up to talk on the phone for twenty minutes then treat you like your bothering them to just to buy something. It'sterribly dirty inside and out. I'm surprised they can serve food. They really don't care about the neighborhood or theircustomers. Please don't give them your money. I won't go back anymore eventhough it's closer to my house.. ..go to the 7-11 onTaraval if you can. It's clean and the staff is always friendly. (been in the Sunset for over 20 years) Read more

If you?re no longer open 24 hours, here?s an idea: how about updating your business hours on Google maps? Just as a basic... consideration for customers, some of whom drove halfway across town because your store was still listed as being open 24 hours. They can?t even be bothered to place a sign on the door, so there?s a steady stream of folks walking up to the doors and looking confused when they find them locked. Read the other reviews and they seemed to complain quite a lot about the clerk, though it seems it?s been resolved recently. I... grabbed some late night snacks there and the cashier was very friendly to chat with us. The store was also pretty clean. Parkingwas plentiful as well. Nothing to complain here. Read more
