Just had an amazing meal at barbaco. The orecchiette was cooked to perfection, and satisfied my sausage craving. Their host beth... was absolutely charming, kind and helpful. Definitely going for ‘regular’ status Read more

Their pasta was solid but not mind-blowing or unique. Service was great. Would come back again.

I’ve been here for both dine-in and take away experiences, and the food is always delicious!! I’ve tried a few salads and... pasta dishes (gluten-free pasta & no cross-contamination), and the food quality is great. If you’re looking for thatnext-level bolognese like I always am, this is your stop. Best I’ve had yet in SF. Read more

Great Italian restaurant! Classic dishes with a modern atmosphere. The food was spot on, and so was the service.

Last night we enjoyed a delicious meal. In one of the photos you see the fish of the day surrounded by a shrimp cream sauce. I... could eat that everyday. Then we shared the orecchiette pasta which was to die for! Our servers name was Dario and he was solovely and conscientious. He described all the desserts and we chose cannoli. They had the perfect crunch and had threedifferent flavors of cream filling inside - so good! We will definitely be back soon. Read more

Our waitress was horrible. She tried to convince us to go to another restaurant. I dont know why. I dont know if its cause we... had children or if it was because we were a big group. The bus boy was way nicer. It took them about 45min to take our order. Our food was good. And the ambiance was excellent I liked how they decorated Read more

A cool and chic Italian restaurant in the heart of San Francisco. Vibrant atmosphere, staff are super nice an polite, the wine... menu isn't huge but has a lot of options for any wine-over, and the food is really really tasty - don't miss the calamari, theburrata and even the gluten-free pasta (which tastes just as a regular pasta, surprisingly). Very recommended for a cool nightout. Read more
