Don?t waste your time coming here at 830pm, although they close at 10 ????. They?re ?closed & only have chicken? why? ? because... she wants to, I?m just the worker.? I understand straightening up closer to close time, but literally closing because you wantto. Poor customer service. Just change the time to 9, so we know. Read more

Unfortunately I got food poisoning from this place. It was the turkey. Everything else was fine. How did I know it was the... turkey, my friend ate some stuff off my plate except for the turkey. He didn't get chills like I did. My other friend orderedthe samething I did. The next day he told me how he got the chills at night. Same as me! I've been here many times. I have been eating here for about 7 years today I will say this is my last visit to this location. I have eaten here so much I... receive emails about all promotions. Today I received an email about half chicken meal only $7.99, the email subject was. " Yourfavorite meal only $7.99". Unfortunately when I visited this store on 16th street in San Francisco I was given push back, theyat first did not want to honor the promotion. The woman manager finally said and I quote, "go ahead and give him the promotionsince he is aware of it, but if the customer do not ask about the promotion charge them the normal price." Terrible practice.This happened on January 21 2022. I also noticed signs on the door and on line showing this location is open until 10pm. Butfor some reason after I left at 5pm this particular manager decided to close and lock the doors @ 530pm and put up a poorlywritten sign that says online orders only. My last visit to this location. By the way I was the only customer in there and ittook over 10 minutes for them to complete my order. Read more

I ate half a chicken with creamy garlic sauce and 2 sides (sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes). The chicken was tendered but too... salty, the sweet potatoes was too sweet, the mashed potatoes was average. So, it gets 2 stars. Read more
