Got the cheesesteak and garlic cheese fries. The cheesesteak was awesome and really on point. Lots of meat and flavor. The... garlic cheese fries for me however were a miss. Basically a soggy pile in a Chinese takeout container. Maybe it's because ofdelivery and they got soggy but they were "meh" and after a few bites I tossed them. Still giving 4 stars though because thefries could have been better but overall the cheesesteak is what you go here for and that was great Read more

The taste is great. Recommended to try. But it is too big, one order for two people would be enough.

The cheesesteak itself was just ok. I wanted some greenery on mine so ordered the whole sub with lettuce and tomatoes. The... cheesesteak was definitely very oily, and it helped the bread get super soggy which led me to eating the second half of mysandwich with a fork (the bread got too wet and all the contents fell out when I picked it up). Had a burger and Philly cheese steak. The burger was actually pretty good, however the Philly cheese steak was not great. For... starters, it was made with minced meat rather than thinly sliced beef and taste wise it was average. Read more

It’s definitely hard to mess up a Philly Cheesesteak, that doesn’t mean it’s impossible though. I’ve had some pretty... awful ones…. Busters is NOT one of them. The meat to cheese ratio is perfect. The bread is soft & toasted just right. Althoughthe prices are a bit high, the portions are pretty decent and remember you are in San Francisco and everything is moreexpensive.. All in all, it’s a perfect late night fix. Read more

Sometimes you just want a sandwich for lunch. Then you realize none of the meat looks interesting. Or perhaps that wasted... condiment space where more meat should be turns you off! Then what you truly need is an amazing Philly Cheese Steak fromBuster's if you're nearby. There's other good sandwich options, and perhaps you prefer all the condiments/add-ons/or a bit ofleafy greens added in. Then these options are also available for you. But for me, the one add-on I need is the CHEESE WIZ! Ienjoy a lot of philly cheese steaks, don't get me wrong I'm not an elitist. Sometimes I want one with chicken. Maybe sometomatoes. Extra onions perhaps. But on this day I wanted a good cheese wiz philly hot and ready. Along with the many optionsfor those who desire them, are the PERFECT crinkle cut boardwalk fries. Just enough crisp on the outside, perfect smooth factorfor the inside of the fry and one large fry is enough for a hungry hungry hippo (like myself that day) or to share with afriend. If you're in Chinatown and desire something other than dumplings, or near Italian district and don't want pizza, comeget this Philly. You'll never regret it. Read more

Best cheese steak in San Francisco! My friend and I came in here late on a Friday night after we had been out enjoying the... evening in North Beach. A bartender had recommended this place as the best spot. He did not let us down! The sandwiches werevery full and for San Francisco they were reasonably priced at $11 or $12 each. Quick service and the cook was psyched when wetold him the food was awesome! Hard to park here but great for walking in this neighborhood. Will definitely be back!!! Read more

Loads of meat and cheese piled high on a freshly toasted bun. This is my heaven. I love this place, because it’s not... pretentious whatsoever and offers wonderfully indulgent portions for the gluttonous. I ended up getting the larger north beachsammie with all the fixings plus an order of deep fried garlic fries. I left waddling with a joyous look upon my face. Read more
