We tried this for restaurant week. We enjoyed the small, intimate atmosphere and traditional French food. We were disappointed... by the escargot with a lot of parsley but not enough garlic and butter, and maybe salt which didn't occur to us a the time sincethere was no pepper or salt at the table. There's a parking lot, but due to the intersection, it's not easy to get to, but wefound street parking on a week night. Great, attentive service and price was reasonble. Read more

A little hard to find from Google maps (not their fault) but very homey atmosphere. The $60 prix fixe is a steal. My mussels... were delicious, steak was cooked perfectly and can't complain about my dessert. The service is impeccable which I think sets itabout from other French bistros on the peninsula. Lobster ravioli was amazing. Deviled eggs appetizer is a must! Service above all was great. I found a piece of plastic in my... food and was compensated with a creme brulee in top of the entree being taken off the tab. The chef came out himself toapologize for the accident. Very nice atmosphere, quiet and peaceful. Menu is not so long which keeps it conveniently simple tomake decisions. Staff is very friendly. Read more

This place is not as good as it used to be anymore. We went there for the first time for Valentine's Day 2022 and everything was... perfect taste wise. We came back today and ordered a board of charcuterie, duck confit and mushroom confit. We received 5slices of pâtés, some salamis and chorizos that taste the same as in a cheap supermarket and the bread was simply reheatedfrozen bread. The duck's sauce was super sweet and the sauce made the crust extremely soggy, the duck itself wasovercooked. The souffle wasn't good neither and extremely bland, the green beans were not even trimmed. There were no frenchservers neither so they had no ideas that the food wasn't authentic at all. TL;DR: something happened between Valentine's Day2022 and today, either the ownership changed, either they changed chefs or it was a bad day for them. We won't come back. Read more

Delicious French food in a recently renovated space. My onion soup and boeuf bourguignon were excellent and the other starters... and entrees were very good. The desserts were a not as great, mostly not very French and a underwhelming, though the cremebrulee was the exception. The new decor is very good and feels as sophisticated as the food. Service was a little slow, but veryfriendly and informed. Overall a great neighborhood treasure. Read more

Terrific dinner with my Mom: had the bone marrow, lamb wellington, mushroom ravioli was perfect, crème brûlée and mango panna... cota were divine. ****The lamb riblets was excessively salty though. Service was wonderful. Shout out to Dysha- very nice, friendly and helped recommend which dishes were great. Will visit again, from East bay!!!! Read more

The restaurant is nice and romantic. I liked the outdoor option since it has heat lamps and the top is covered. Very cozy. The... staff is nice and the chef checked in on us several times. I had the rack of lamb. Flavor was good, but a little salty. Brusselsprouts was good. Ravioli was delicious. I also liked the shrimp and risotto dish as well. Desserts were good too, but thesouffle was more of a chocolate molten cake. Read more

The atmosphere and decorations are super contemporary giving you a great vibe . However, the service from the waitress was very... poor. Once my partner and I got inside they looked at us from toes to head and we were wearing formal casual clothes. Thewaitress messed up three times bringing the wrong plates to our table and they ignored that we need more water ( refill), theysaw our empty plates and keep ignoring them. The food was not the best. I ordered ribs with mash potatoes and the flavor forboth were very plain and even the presentation of the plate was horrible .My partner ordered the lamb ( the meat was ok), butthe side dish had no flavor at all. Lastly, the desserts were decorated nicely, but super sweet . We only ate ate the tiramisuand left the tuxedo chocolate. I think they changed the owner and chefs because the food was delicious before. In other words,it was a sad experience since I brought my partner to celebrate Father’s Day. Read more
