Came here on Sunday at 11:30 right when they opened and was able to eat outside. It does get pretty crowded so I recommend... coming when they open or earlier. Service was great! I got a lot of water refills and our waiter made sure we were taken careof. The food was excellent, but my favorite was the pan fried juicy pork bao, highly recommend! I would get more than the 6 Iordered next time since they were that good. Read more

Food was good . Something has to be said: 100% of the soup dumplings were "full" (32pcs). I mean they all had soup in it none... were broken and the dough wasn't too thick nor too small. Just perfect. Only reason it's not 5 stars , because our potstickerswere not fully cooked but the server made it right and offered to get another order to replace but we were in the rush and theyjust took it off the bill. Would definitely go back Read more

Great vegan options! Got the vegetable pan-fried bao, dry green beans, tofu skin noodles, veggie dumplings, and wood ear... mushroom salad. The tofu skin noodles were springy and had a nice vinaigrette, very tasty and not common at other dumplingplaces in this area. The filling for the both dumplings was well-seasoned and full of many textures. Really fresh tastingvegetables like cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms. Tip: we went around 6:45 on a Thursday night to add our name on the waitlistfor 3 people, the wait was only 20 min. Read more

These are the best dumplings I’ve had in my entire life. Everything is perfect on them, perfectly balanced in every... proportion. I would recommend ordering some in every style to share with the table. IMP the best ones are the ones filled withspicy pork and vegetables. The steamed dumplings with the peanuts sauce is out of this world. The wait might be long even in aMonday for dinner so keep that in mind and try to arrive early if you don’t like to wait. The line moves fast and service isfast once you sit. Keep in mind that you should decide everything by the time you order first. Otherwise, it would take longerto prepare whatever you order after. After all you have a long wait to think about it lol. Read more

I AM SO EXCITED TO REVIEW THIS RESTAURANT! I’ve travelled all over eating food, hitting a lot of classic spots, stuff featured... on Food Network, too yelp reviews spots…I’ve been blessed to have eaten a ton of good food! But this place….this place mayeasily be one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. This is the most unsuspecting Michelin restaurants I’ve ever been to, theprice is crazy affordable, and the food is DROOL WORTHY. The Juicy Pork Bao is one of the greatest dishes I’ve ever eaten. Ithits every element. To die for. The Long Bao (soup dumplings) made me want to shout). The Fried Chicken Wings were a pleasantsurprise, they were crispy when we got them and never got soggy. The spice level was PERFECT. When I am old and gray I willtell my kids about this place. The meal I had will live in my dreams and memories for the rest of my life. If I ever know ofanyone traveling to SF I will FORCE THEM TO GO! Read more

The dumplings and beef pockets were excellent. I tried jellyfish salad for the first time here and I found it pretty good, I... recommend it. The bean paste noodles were underwhelming. We sat outside and the road traffic passing by right next to the tablesarea is distracting and stressful. Read more

I think the steamed soup dumplings were the stars, the rest I would honestly skip out on. Definitely on the pricier side, but I... appreciate the unique fillings for the thin skinned soup dumplings, especially the vegetarian ones. The appetizer sides werebland and not spicy as advertised. Overall would recommend for some good XLB! Read more

I am kinda picky when it comes to dumplings. I have a good deal of experience making food . The ratings for this place were... quite high so we arrived with great expectation. The service was very good. The dumplings look great, but the filling wasrubbery! Any experienced cook knows that this is due to over processing the filling with the mixer and/or freezing the rolledfilling. Several of their dumplings were like this. The only ones that were not: soup dumplings. The ones below look very cute, but be careful as they are very difficult to eat and a hot liquid inside squirts out upon the first bite (It squirted into myeye!) Should have gone to to Dumpling Time, so much better. Read more
