Visited the place just recently,,, I've got to tell it wasn't all that, their Chicken was "ok" but does not met all the... expectations from all the advertising its done to the business, ill say is a 7 out of 10, i have tryed better else where... theyneed to get better quality tortillas as well and the salsa man put a little bit of salt on that thing all I could taste wastomatoes...the fish and chips was so bad I had to throw away the whole meal, and to top it with the dislikes i order a flan withanother meal to go and when checking to see if everything was in the bag I notice there was no flan, and before asking for it Ilooked to the ticket and sure enough it was not charged for it so I just didn't bother for it and just left, disapointed mostlyso I will not recomend the place and positive will not come back.... When I was a child this place was legendary and it was yummy. Today the chicken is overcooked and dry. I don't know how many... times they recycle the chicken. Me and my family still eat here hoping for nostalgia but it never comes. I wouldn't eat hereto do them for the favor of giving them the message that they need to improve. Read more
I know there are many of you here who go to Costco and head towards the back for the Costco Rotiserrie ????! That chicken will... last meals- eat it plain and later turn it into chicken tacos, enchiladas, chicken salad, and chicken jook or porridge! ElPollo Supremo(SF) makes really mouth watering Latin inspired charbroiled chicken when you want something a little different!Fish taco as appetizer or snack. Oh, you MUST order the fried zucchini!!! Excelllennntttt!!! That CHICKKKEENN!! Got. 4 pc platter with green plaintains (tostanos). Chicken was crisped to perfection. The... tostanos were so delicious, I would peel the chicken apart and put it either with the toast Tostanos in the corn tortilla withsalsa and rice it was so delicious the price was a little over $11, which is so fair! El Pollo Supremo could be hit or miss. This meal was a hit. Sometimes they overcook the chicken making it dry with overly burnt... skin like the last few times I had it. This time I had their "fish & chix" $13.29. It was two pieces of chicken and a piece offish. The chicken tasted great. Moist on the inside and flavorful skin. I'm not quite sure what made it "Cuban" but as I'venever been to Cuba. It did taste like the chicken I had in the Dominican Republic. As for the fish piece, it was tilapia breadedin-house. It is not your British fish & chips breading but a more thin batter. It came with tarter sauce and malt vinegar!Instead of fries, I opted for onion rings without an additional charge.
