I feel bad for these Jamba workers, they often seem really understaffed especially during hot days. A few weeks ago I waited for... 20 minutes for two smoothies. Love Jamba Juice! And this place is no different. It's near me so that's a plus. The major issues are that it can sometimes be... difficult to find parking if you're driving here and it does not open until very late (around 7:30pm closing time). The staffhere is almost always extremely friendly and helpful. Today, I had Alex explain to me all the different types of ingredientsthat I could possibly use to make my own customized drink. And then he helped me with combining my Jamba Juice gift cards intoone. Great service! I have been here many times and would come here again. There is another Jamba Juice located nearby at UCSFbut that is a lot smaller. That probably took some of the business away from this location but that just makes this place lesscrowded. Read more
i joined the jamba juice app for the 50% off smoothie promotion that was advertised at the register but izzy refused to fulfill... the offer. instead, izzy incorrectly charged our card and didnt even provide the smoothie. afta was the employee who attemptedto refund / cancel the order but we received no confirmation. when i asked for their names, izzy screamed at me across thecounter (in front of other guests) saying "take your attitude somewhere else". i would advise everyone to take their businesselsewhere because jamba juice does not care about customer service. there was no manager on site to resolve these issues and theunprofessionalism that the staff showed here was unbelievable.
