Friendly staff. Great beer. They always have new beer too so if you like to have something different every once in a while then... this is definitely a plus. Haven't tried anything other than their IPAs, but if you like that then the Laughing Monk has thebrew for you!! Read more

Great beer & large selection. Friendly staff. (Ordered a pizza from Long Bridge.) Large space with lots of board games. ... Parking was a breeze, as was getting to it on/off Hwy 101. Read more

Good selection, good tasting, nice staff and very dog friendly. That's a win in my book. I did particularly enjoy that they were... not inundated with IPAs but instead had a variety of options (some I've never encountered in my short span as a craft beer fan).On the day I went, they had local BBQ selling out front but I was way too full to try, smelled amazing though. After havingtheir beers for a few years, it was nice to finally visit the source. Definitely worth seeking out. Read more

Great vibes, better beers, and even trivia every once and a while. What more could you ask for in a brewery?? The beers were so... good and the logo on the shirts satisfying enough for me to even snag a Tee to bring back home with me to DC. An ideal spot tostop if you have a bit of extra time in your way to the airport! Read more

Now that every beer in California is either a punishing IPA or a punishing Belgian quad, it's so welcome to find a place that... renders a broad range of German, Belgian, and California styles impeccably. Decent taquería next door or do othertakeout/delivery. Kid and pet friendly. Transit is painful but there's plenty of parking. Cool murals on the street, too. Read more

Love a good neighborhood spot! Turn down the right street, and you?ll find yourself amongst a super interesting stretch of... Bayview. Who knew?! Welp, Laughing Monk is right next door to Seven Stills. Andddd we started with Laughing Monk. Loving thechill vibes and the awesomely large seating area. For a Saturday midday, it was pretty empty. But fun times nonetheless.Apparently they get busier at night. I will say that I?m a bit disappointed in the staff. I was pretty excited about findingthis brewery, having grown up in the neighborhood, and finally moving back. And honestly, I thought the staff would be moreengaged is detailing the various options, and best choices for the flight of 5. When I explained it was my first time here, allI got was ?we?re out of XX today?. Uhhh, okay. It?d be a 5-star experience if the staff was more lively...or plain helpful! Fornow, 4-stars. Read more

Excellent, underrated brewery in an industrial but modernized setting. Best known for their Belgian styles. Just watch out - the... high ABV can sneak up on you. Read more
