Would skipped the little gem salad and do the the cured hiramasa! That wasamaaaaazing. Light fresh salty and citrusy. With the crunch and the fish. Asparagus soup with the smoked hollandaise and farrowas a nice texture The Black cod was sooooo good. The miso salt foam. I wish I had a spoon to drink it up. The pork collar wasso soft and tender the sauce was amazing but wish there was more sauce and more a veggy or side option to enjoy with thepork. The strawberry rhubarbs crumb cake was so flavorful. There were dry yuzu bits that really brought out theflavors. Parking was easy. Service was great. Someone would come by and clean up crumbs and spill every time.
