Really good cuisine deep in the heart of Chinatown. Fantastic Chinese food in a great looking dining room equals a great... experience. The clay baked fish was amazing, especially they way it was dressed. The squid ink dumplings were super succulent.Amazing friend rice and book choy. And the rice rolls my favorite were awesome. They had a nice drink selection as well as someinventive cocktails. The service was fast and super friendly. It was definitely worth the experience and a must try for allfoodies. Dos dumplings up ???????? Read more

The food was delicious as always! We especially loved the silken tofu (with the tomatoes it kind of tasted like burrata salad!)... and the eggplant. We also tried the noodle with mushroom instead of meat (the noodle was a fun texture), the scallion pancake(not bad but it’s plainer than the other dishes and very fried), and the smashed cucumber salad (which was refreshing). Theservice was very good. I just wish they had more vegetarian protein options on the menu. Read more

Such a great experience dining here, the people, the food, the drinks. The tofu plate stood out with minced meat perfectly... separated and baked with tons of flavor captured in the oils. (Not horribly spicy, warm) I love Halibut ! Shrimp chips werepleasant. Great view from the window seat of the clock tower. Read more

Great experience. I'd highly recommend the scallion pancakes! They're aren't the traditional pancakes you might have grown up... but one with much more texture and caviar dipping sauce. I was especially impressed with the broth for such a clear and clearbroth it had SO MUCH flavor. We will definitely come back to try the roasted duck with a larger group! Read more

I had high expectations going in to my experience at Mister Jius and for the most part they were not met. At this price I expect... something special. Highs: Tasty and unique cocktails Perfectly cooked fish, poultry and meat Attentive service Lows: Overallmenu creativity Lack of delicate/highly developed flavors Special ingredients not given a chance to shine Most dishes leansavory and not quite balanced Read more

It was okay. The food for the most part was good. But for the price, I was expecting great. We were a group of 4 and as another... reviewer had mentioned, we were highly encouraged to order much more food than we could finish. We ordered the overly hyped (byour server) duck dish but it didn't stand out against traditional Peking duck and we just casually picked at it. The oyster dishwas great though and I would recommend that many times over. Overall, I didn't even learn this restaurant had a Michelin staruntil after the meal, and I'm still not convinced it was awarded one. Read more

A super cool trendy spot located in Chinatown area. pretty nice spot located on the Chinatown area. We didn't get a chance to... eat dinner (had reservations elsewhere) but will need to make reservations for dinner next time. We were able to enjoy somecocktails. The Infinity (Japanese whiskey, chrysanthemum, apple, and yuzu salt) and Harmony (Bourbon, jasmine rice milk, peanut)were two really great drinks. The Infinity was served up and the Harmony served on a rock. The bartenders were very friendlyand nice. Read more

This is $$$$ NOT $$$. Also, this is NOT for traditional Chinese food. Refined interpretations of Chinese food in a low-lit hip... environment with modern music. The crowd was well-dressed and on the younger side. The fried rice with lobster was divine and sowas the Eternity cocktail! The waitress was nice and knowledgeable and food arrived quickly. Four stars because from a Michelinrestaurant I expected something beyond good food. Highly recommended for a date (maybe not a first date) or a special night outwith friends. Tip: go to the bar upstairs after dinner. Attire: smart casual or smart. I’ll be trying the Peking duck whenback! Read more
