This is in reference to the coffee store at gate D12 in SFO. I usually try to focus on positive aspects in my reviews, however,... this location needs attention from management. The staff was distracted, the opposite of friendly, and I had to repeat the ordermultiple times. The herbal tea from the selection in their display was not available. Finally, I asked for a cup of water withmy latte and the tea and was told to go around the corner to the filling station. By far, the worst coffee shop experience inthe US and abroad. Read more

Good coffee shop with a decent selection of pastries. Unfortunately these are not real Peets coffee shops. These are fake,... contractor shops. They do not take Peets cards or give Peets credits. Read more

No information about working hours. The workers do not care about clients. I came at 9:44. They were packing to go home. I asked... for latte, but they had only regular coffee and could tell me what time they are closing to understand why they have limitedsurvive? The answer was: ?like now, in 4 min, at 9:50! Peet?s got all the decent goods one needs before boarding. The service here was sooooo bad out of all the numerous Peet?s cafe... I have been to all over the bay area and 2 hours from here.
