Received horrible customer service! Usually I order during the day, but since they don?t have a pick up option on DoorDash, I... decided to order in-store around 7:45PM on a Monday(as the store hours says ?open until 9:30 PM?). I walked up and the doorswere locked, but I saw two employees still inside and all of the food was out. I knocked several times with the server right infront of me and she intentionally did not look up at me. I wouldn?t have been irked if they had simply told me the reason whythey were closing early (even gesturing through the window that they?re closed), but I didn?t even get acknowledged in theslightest and going as far as purposely ignoring a customer. Just plain rude, and that?s coming from a person who was loyal tothis place for 3 years now and also works in the food service industry. Unacceptable. Read more
The poke bowl was alright. There not much to note in terms of the ingredients as it's pretty similar to other poke places. I do... like the checklist form to order out of. I'm not sure if the employee was new, but I don't typically see someone being stingywith toppings. They seem hesitant with grabbing too much topping when using the tongs - like they barely gave 3 pieces of thepickled radish. Usually we love coming to this place to get our poke fix. However, I think it was a new worker today that did our bowls around... 7pm? This is suppose to be a large bowl and it looks like a small/medium in the large container. The rice is dry, not enoughsauce was added despite requesting extra sauce. The spicy tuna just looks like regular tuna mashed and doesn't taste spicy atall! The worker needs to be trained better or be supervised while training. Read more
I got this giant, delicious bowl of poke last night and was in heaven! They read my requests (grubhub) of half rice/half salad... and a side of Wasabi and fulfilled them perfectly! I got unagi, octopus, tuna and salmon with all the toppings. I forget which 2sauces I chose but they were perfectly blended, not overpowering or too much. OH MY GOD this poke bowl was very very delicious, the workers were very nice and generous with their servings. They have a... really good selection of fish and toppings (they had kimchee AND pickled daikon which i feel like i don't see at most pokeplaces). Def recommend! Also you fill out what you want in your bowl on a little form and hand it to the worker to order which ithink is a nice way to see all the options. Read more
