I wanted to come to this place because it used to be popular and then closed. The place has enough inside and outside tables to... eat and it is very clean.I brought my mom who doesn't speak english and it was our first time in the place and we didn'tunderstand the concept of the place very well. Thankfully, the employee was very helpful, patient and friendly. He went done theline with us and explain me and my mom everything. The result was delicious!!! I wish the portions where bigger but I understandthat it is fresh fish and the rent is high. Overall I would come back and I would recommend it just be aware that the price ishigh and portions small but service makes up for it. Read more

I came to your restaurant and wanted to see what kind of place it is. I didn't want to believe the one star reviews. I was... really shocked! the tables were untidy and the floors dirty. so I didn't want to stay and eat at your restaurant. I ordered atakeaway. I was shocked again. the portion was really tasteless and small. I definitely do not recommend this place toanyone. Read more

I guess I was tuesdays last customer as I came in like 5-10 minutes before the closing. I had takeaway L sized Bang Bang chicken... bowl for dinner. Home as I opened it up it looked like I have had the leftovers for the day. Taste was average but the looks areat least the half of the food experience. Service was quite slow compared to quiet times it was as closing. Will never comeagain. Read more

I love this place!! I'm so surprised by some of these negative reviews. I work near here and this is the ONLY thing I crave... every time I go in the office, I legit eat this every day I'm there. Yes it's a little pricier than I generally prefer to spendon lunch, but it's so tasty and worth it with all the toppings you get to customize your bowl. The people that are complainingabout portions should just spend the extra $2 for a large bowl instead of a regular. Everyone I've interacted with here isreally nice. Yeah, the line can get long and they can get backed up.. (it's because it's good!). If you are too impatient andfrustrated by long lines, don't go exactly at noon or just order it online for pickup before you get there. Read more

Love this spot. Fish is always fresh and everything I tried here is absolutely delicious. People complain about the price but... guess what...good fish is expensive and we're in SF. You're always gonna get fresh fish. It's definitely worth it. Read more

really bad service. this place use to be decent they cut back on all the ingredients and the people there are very mean and... hostile. It's unfortunate that i payed $48 bucks for 2 bowls and 2 cans of soda, the guy (Michael) was very hostile and mean tome . Stay away do not waist your hard earned money here!!! spend it across the way there are much better places for your money afew steps away! avoid at all cost Read more

Ingredients are really cool (like kale noodles and cauliflower rice) but bowl was overly greasy with no sauce on it. Also, asked... for sauce on the side, which one was provided, and no cutlery was in the take out bag. Definitely better poke places in thearea, but this isn't the worse I've seen Read more

For the money we paid, we were expecting a larger portions of poke. But we guess they are just reflecting the rent to the... price. Pokeworks standardizes the process, so employees weigh everything that goes into the bowl. Quite busy at lunch time. Read more
