What a feast :) Family style yummy food! 4/5 for the taste, but I had a good time at Prubechu!
Got a reservation here day of, pretty easy. This place looks to be mostly outdoor seating. There are heaters, it's kind of... fenced off in a court yard area. I'd say the vibe is pretty neat and casual - I liked it. I came with three friends and weordered a handful of items from the menu. Overall, it was really good - the double pork chop is so tender and delicious. Onething to note, is that the flavor profile of this cuisine seems to be very sour, but even if this isn't your favorite taste youshould be open minded and come visit. Awesome food and atmosphere of Guam! Highly recommend the Tinaktak. It tastes like coconut milk beef stroganoff with fresh egg... noodles. The banana donuts are a must for dessert. Not too sweet and very thin, light and crispy batter. Great outdoor seatingspace with heaters and really nice portable restrooms. Read more

I was excited to try the vegan items on the menu! My favorite was the Japanese sweet potato with the spinach. It was tasty,... albeit pricey. I ordered the eggplant appetizer which was visibly pleasing but bland in taste. The food took almost 1.5 hours toarrive and the staff were not proactive in letting us know the kitchen was behind. They did provide a resolution but it was along wait. ????sustainability rating: 3.5 out of 5. Amazing atmosphere with the outdoor dining and delicious food. They definitely take our traditional Chamorro cuisines to whole... different level. The spicy hot tamales with a fried egg was my absolute favorite. The flavors were so perfectly balanced. Idefinitely recommend to order different menu items as each showcase unique flavors and chef creativity in each dish. They have anice selection of wines, cocktails, and beers to pair with your entree. You will definitely want to return! Read more
Had a great time here with my boyfriend getting to try his favourite Chamorro cuisine dishes. Portions could be a bit larger but... I understand it fits the fancier style of restaurant it's going for. The merchandise swag is definitely awesome too. Also therestroom facilities they have are really nice. Read more
