Boo.. we were waiting for our orders ( just two cups of tea) while the guy ignored us for 20 minutes. There were like 5 other... people came after us and they got their orders instead of us.. he was talking to the other staff, staring at us, walking aroundbehind the counter.. he didn?t feel sorry after all. This review is for lack of hygiene in food prep. First time in the shop today. After I placed an order for tea, the staff (or... owner) continued talking to his ?tenant? over the phone at the cash register for a good 8 minutes. After he hangs up the phone,I could tell he forgot about my order. Finally, when he remembers, he scratches his head and then proceeds to prepare it withoutwashing his hands or putting on food gloves. I left without receiving my tea even though I paid for it. Im sure the food can be good but the whole restaurant is unsanitary, dining area, restroom and kitchen could use a good clean up
Normally I love a Boba tea. I don't love however when they close on a regular basis before they are supposed to! Hours stated in... Google are 11am to midnight. Hours posted on the door state closing at 11pm. Manager tonight let me know they in fact closedaily at 9:50 pm. Not even 10, but 9:50pm. So disappointed ???? Read more
Rose slush is super good, very fragrant and has such a nice color. The strawberry milk tea and brown sugar Okinawa milk tea... have a weird taste but it?s not unpleasant just odd. Fried mini octopus is always amazing. Read more
