This is extremely similar to Hainan chicken rice except the sauce. I love this place and love the fact that you can customize it... with options to have dark meat (thigh) only. I understand the need to offer white meat only version since we are in the Statesand people are so used to prefer non-foodie white meat for food. The kitchen sometimes forget to switch out the white meat butwhen I told the management about it they gave me the credit for free chicken which I do appreciate. Overall I'm super happy thatwe are seeing more of Rooster & Rice close to where I live. Read more
