Terrible over the phone customer service. I attempted to place an order over the phone and the manager Kamal (I believe this is... how his names is spelled) was unnecessarily rude. He began to cut me off when mid-sentence when I was stating my order orinquiring about the different flavor chicken to the point I had no choice but to bring his aggressive and inappropriate phoneetiquette to his attention in which he totally ignored, became even more snarky and condescending. Kamal went on reiterate hewas superior and I was inferior by his tone, saying the establishment was busy and trying to rush me off the phone. Just when Ithought the conversation couldn't get worse it did, when I attempted to pay via Visa and he said my card was declined which wasfalse. The phone conversation ended as I advised the manager that I will place my order in person and again his responseantics were rude. I arrived in person and of course paid for my food with the exact same card that was alledgely declined. Atthis point my order was unique and Kamal remembered the unpleasant phone conversation amongst the two us and over charged me formy order. After review of the receipt my spouse advised Kamal of the discrepancy and the issue was rectified -i was issued arefund- although the upcharge shouldn't of happened in the first place. All in all this is my local pizza joint and I give zerostars the manager should be fired because clearly he unlike his job and take his anguish out on customers. I belive he sensedthat I was of color over the phone and this acted towards him justifying the blatant discrimination. I really hope round tableHQ really read my review and a hold this manager accountable. P.S. Kamal was maskless while handling both money and food. Maybethe health department should conduct an audit to ensure safety of food handling is being followed according to protocol. Read more
Terrific! Red sauce was nice and hot, cheese was something of the cheese from Ninja Turtles the original all stringy and... stretchy. I haven't had Round Table for YEARS and the sauce and dough hasn't changed and is incredibly underated. I Will go hereagain too. Read more
STAY AWAY. Supervisor rude, lied, and hung up on me twice. The delivery driver showed up without my pizza, said he was going... back to get my pizza and bring me a free salad. More than 15mins passed, called the restaurant and spoke to supervisor Kevinwho would not answer my question when will my pizza be delivered. In summary, Kevin said " you are upset over just a pizza."and Hung up on me. I called again and Kevin hung up on me again. Read more
I love this location of Round Table. I always get a Large Sausage and Onion and Mushroom Pie and it?s always Awesome. The... customer service is exceptional and although I have never met the owner Michael, you know how to operate your business. I thinkyou may have been there the last time I was there, but I knew you were busy. You we?re very good looking man with a tanned face.I will say hi the next time I am there. Read more
I have been ordering from this round table for many years and although it does create amazing pizzas it has had its share of ups... and downs. This review is to congratulate Jose who has made a faithful round table pizza love her once again a LOYAL customer ofthis location. Jose has done an excellent job in managing his team and making sure that each pizza is send out with a lot oflove and done right. Although he says that he is only doing his job he is doing more than just his job he is drawing newcustomers and igniting the loyal fan base to start coming back to the pizza we all love. The pizza is incredibly great tasting. Some staff were not good, but some get fired. Some staff are wonderful. I am grateful... when they wear gloves. I recommend this place. Read more
I ???? this place due to the parking I seem to luck up on & its convently located next to a CVS, However they are very... unorganized. Normally their able to get u your food fairly fast. It's a great place to brinng the kids after a day at themuseum. I don't recommend SuperBowl Suday. Read more
After all these years of ordering from RT Pizza, this particular order was worst than the cheapest frozen pizza in the store & I... can make the good one taste better! And for the overpriced $30+ large meat marvel which seems to have shrunk to a +medium-sized,it's not a marvel or worth the price anymore, unfortunately ???? Read more
