I lived in the area since before this location opened. I have ordered here close to a dozen times. More than half of my orders... were always incorrect. I figured a lot of the early mistakes were due to being a new location and having to get all of the newemployees trained up. I would also tend to order at pretty busy times. Lunch and dinner rush - so it's understandable a kitchencould get overwhelmed. Today I have come to the conclusion that this is just NOT a good location. Shake Shake is currentlyrunning a cool promotional burger and chicken sandwich featuring Hot Ones. Big fan of the YouTube series and wanted to checkout the hype. Ordered my burger just before 2:00 PM (way after the lunch rush and before the local schools get out). Therewere about 5 customers inside the store when I entered to pick up my Hot Ones burger and shake. I get home and it is thecompletely wrong burger (the Smokeshack to be specific). Thought maybe I messed up the order, but then checked the receipt onthe bag and my online order history and both said Hot Ones burger. It's just disappointing and the management at this locationhas to do a lot more than just "better". This location has proven a consistent lack of attention and care. Not the service Iexpect when spending $20+ for a burger and shake. Read more

Shake shack has always been my wife?s and my place to go for chicken sandwich and we thoroughly enjoy it every time . I have had... the chicken shack in New York, Seattle and Vegas and they all have been great in taste. Something is not right with the chickensandwich at this location. I think the size of their fried chicken is considerably smaller than all the other locations. I haveeaten 3 times here and always felt the same. Safe to say that I?m going to pass on on this location but shake shack stillremains our best place to get a chicken sandwich. Read more

We waited 35 minutes for 3 total burgers. All the workers seem way to stressed & its a nightmare getting your stuff. Only go in... here if you?re the only person ordering. Read more

I was looking to get a good burger while visiting San Francisco. Boy did i walk into the right place. It was fresh meat, not a... frozen patty. The bun was also fresh and soft. The fries was were the perfect crisp and the milk shake complimented themeal. The establishment was hip inside and I liked the patio as well. Read more

The burger was great, the fried chicken was not fresh. *I had to wait ~15 minutes until I've received my order

This was the first time we tried shake shack, and overall thought it was a solid dinner option. Went to the one on Fillmore @... Filbert. The staff was amazing, efficient and super friendly. They handled that dinner rush like absolute champs! We tried:bourbon bacon cheddar burger, double bacon cheeseburger, chicken shack sandwich, crinkle cut fries & the chocolate churroshake. The burgers and sandwiches were solid. But for the price, I prefer Habit Burger. The fries were the best crinkle cutfries we've had, definitely. But not as good as In N Out. The shake was the best we've had anywhere! I'd definitely go again ifwe are in the area. But probably won't go out of our way for it. (Context: it's across town for us) Read more

Food hot as could be because we ate outside in make shift shelters with a small heater above our heads, in the rain. Tables were... sticky. Ordered with kiosks. Staff were nice. They chose to only have ?take out? due to the vaccine mandate. Food took about 30minutes. Was a bit long. But worth the wait. Hence 4 stars. Read more
