I?m new to the city and I have fallen in love with this location for the parking and staff. The compassion and respect the staff... has for unhoused locals when they use their facilities or charge their phone is contagious. On that same note, I?ve seen thempolitely ask customers to leave when they are bothering other customers. Read more
Best Starbucks in the SF Bay Area. The Staff is amazing and always makes me feel welcome. There is ample seating here with... private and shared tables. A great place to chill alone or hangout with friends. Read more
The wait wasn't too long, but the kids behind us weren't keeping their distance. They were practically "on top" of us. Maybe 6"... instead of 6'. I tried the pistachio drink. It was ok. I forgot to say half and half. The syrup wasn't completely dissolved asit was concentrated at the bottom. I'd still try it again from my usual store. Read more
This Starbucks is noticeably different than other branches. They?ve gotten my order wrong a number of times and the line to pick... up drinks is poorly run. You often see people waiting but their drink is ready, it was just never called or put in the ?onlineorders? group even though they ordered in person. Something is going wrong with the management here. I?d suggest you go to thelocally owned spot right next door for coffee and bagels. Read more

Food is overpriced. Service is very good. Restrooms could be improved.
