?Let me put it on the counter before you grab it.? I have never been told that (rather curtly this morning by barista (female in... appearance, basic brown, and basic looking). If this is in fact policy, then you need to train ALL baristas to give us thatwarning, otherwise I?m just going accuse baristas of singling me out because I?m a POC. I have enjoyed ordering from here in thepast. Hopefully, if I ever do come back (not that this store needs my business, even with this corporation?s reputation) I guesstraining a few years ago was ineffective. Read more

Terrible customer service. I will never be a customer of any Starbucks branch from here on forward, if I can help it. Dishonest... business approaches go nowhere with me. Very unprofessional and flat out liars. If the current management doesn't want to dealwith the bathrooms, they should go out of business. I want my money back, for starters. They wouldn't allow my 5-year-,old touse the bathroom. All because, they were trying to close up. They were still open. I'm going to file an official complaint withthe higher ups. Whomever is managing the Starbucks on Fillmore Street should be reprimanded, demoted, or fired. I've worked inthe restaurant industry for over 20 years. Sheer laziness, selfishness and telling employees to be dishonest to customers ismaking for bad business. Read more

The barista Ashley is completely unprofessional and rude. I was waiting for my drink which had already been prepped and the... shots pulled while she made 3 other drinks. Ashley then asks am I waiting for a mobile order and I respond no that I am waitingfor the Americano that?s sitting over there, Ashley then proceeds to tell me that I need to move and make room for othercustomers. She never even acknowledged that my drink was just sitting she continues to make the drink she was working on puts iton the bar and calls the customers name. She then goes and gets mine completes it and just puts it on the bar, never calls myname or apologizes for the wait. Read more

I?ve given this Starbucks half a dozen chances over the last month but they consistently disappoint. I have the simplest order... (iced coffee with half and half instead of milk) and they?ve never got it right even once. It?s either too much half and halfand not enough coffee or the other way around. The workers are extremely and hard working , especially areli , I never see them slack off and they are efficient. they don?t... run out of supplies easily which is really good and it?s nice to go here for a little break to relax. Really sunny area. Read more

Quite a busy Starbucks, but service is kind and efficient. There are not too many seating options, but yet I have been able to... always find somewhere to sit every time I have been. WiFi is fast and reliable. Read more

Slow service, lazy staffs. I was extremely annoyed hearing a barista and a casher chatting like highschoolers and making fool of... a man asked a cup of water. I waited this tepid frappucino with mysteriously sloppy 'whipped' cream for 15 mins. Will never begoing back. Read more
