Very small Starbucks with no seating. Pretty much a to go center. Staff is friendly and nice so can?t complain too much.

WORST STARBUCKS in all California!! They do not let you use a restroom, they do not let you eat inside. It is August 2022, all... Starbucks around the state have abandoned pandemics measures but these guys did not. I started eating my bagel, but they askedme to leave. But there are no tables outside as well!! I?ve been visiting the Fulton/Masonic Starbucks location for the past few weeks since my company re-opened and there is always... an issue with my drink-even more so when I mention that it?s been made incorrectly and have asked for it to be corrected. Viamobile order I order a Grande Soy No Water No Foam Chai extra hot, each time the cup/drink has been full of foam. I havementioned this to the barista Jasper on a few occasions, and I?ve always been met with disdain. They seem to be grumpy andobviously irritated no matter the day, and often times when I have mentioned that the drink was made incorrectly (as it was whenI visited this same location on 9/1/21) it has become a discussion as to why they couldn?t fix the foam and/or have said ?that?sthe best they could do? with a nonchalant attitude. Last week, the drink was (again) made incorrectly and I mentioned itbecause I don?t think that I should be forced to pay/drink something that wasn?t made as ordered I it and asked that the drinkbe remade. It was eventually re-made by Jaspar, but made again incorrectly. For starters, it wasn?t extra hot, again full offoam because it was a rushed re-make. While there are other employees working, there doesn?t seem to be a manager on duty as noone has ever stepped into to speak to Jaspar about the lack of customer service, crummy attitude, poorly made drink or offeredto correct their mistake by re-making the drink on Jasper?s behalf. I also don?t know if Jaspar is the only barista that makesdrink?s during the morning rush hour. Either way, a drink being made correctly shouldn?t depend upon who is working on the timeof day. Jaspar needs immediate customer service coaching and training on making drinks, additionally there needs to be amanager present to field any issues that may arise with customers. Read more

Love the neighborhood.. wifi is good.. this outlet's cashier is mute.. so we must write the order or use "hand language".. but I... don't think she always be the cashier.. whatever it is I love the diversity here.. I can enjoy my coffee here without anydistraction and full of electricity for charge my phone.. Read more
