Not every experience is awful at this location; I guess it depends on who is working. This morning I was able to make a stop... before being at work by 7am and I wish I had saved my money instead of wasting it here. My white chocolate mocha was extra sweet(like diabetes in a cup) as if to cover up the milk that seem to be expired. I could not believe how poorly made the coffee was.The man who served me ought to be trained more or be placed in another department at that Safeway. *yuck! Read more

Well? my experience here wasn?t great. I order a latte and a brew. I meant to say Ish brew the cashier / worker - grabbed the... drink and said we our out of Ish crème? it?s about 9:00 am Valentine?s Day. She takes that cup and slams the drink in the sink!I just thought it was poor customer service. The worst I experience at a Starbucks. I will not be going to this location everagain. They best coffee in the world!! The store is super clean and classy as hell!! I love coming getting and getting coffee and a... nice pastry!! You can sit and talk to your friend and have a great time. I love reading the news paper in the morning and havinga nice hot Coffee or hot chocolate. They can add all sorts of things to your drunk to make it extra special. Everyone there isso nice and friendly!! Love this place. My girlfriend and I love going to Starbucks as often as possible. Refused to cash out my $5 gift card and told me I would have to call a number and wait 7-10 days because they assumed I was just... another black dude running a ponzi scam. Completely unempathetically made me miss my appointment at the hospital to have aninfected suture restitched.
