They got my order completely wrong. I ordered a cold brew salted cream cold foam with sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup . They did... not foam it at all instead it was just added cream, the ?foam? tasted like fruit so clearly didn?t clean out whatever containerthey used, not enough ice to make it cold instead it was just watery, they didn?t put the syrup In It at all and I have madbubble guts from whatever I drank. Roomy with good seating and great location. I have been a regular for a few years, writing two novels in the process, and the... staff are always friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic, and supportive. They're compassionate for the early-morning homeless,engaging and cheerful with customers, and quick and efficient. The number of customers they move in a 15 minute period when BARTarrives is impressive. In short, they care about their store and the experience their customers have, and it shows. One of mytwo favorite Starbucks (I've only been to about 30). Read more
Probably the best Starbucks I've ever been to. I come here just about every day and the staff is always in a good mood. I mean,... always. They also remember my order and get it prepped so usually by the time I pay, my order is ready. It's really all aboutthe staff, here. I'd them more stars if I could. Read more
Super friendly staff and amazing coffee. Wireless charging pads are nice (although you need to plug in a lil' ring thing to make... it work) and they even offered me a free drink when they didn't have change. Read more
I don't go to Starbucks very often but I went with some people and the associate jimmy was very awesome! I asked him for a... recommendation and he said I got you man and asked if I liked hot or cold and sweet or bitter and made me a great coffee andrecommended me a great muffin. Asked multiple customers if everything is okay. We goes above and beyond his job title and when Igo to Starbucks again I'm going to this one from 2-10 because I would have jimmy serve my coffee with a friendly and jokingAttitude. 10/10 on him Read more
I love the wide table setting and the fact that it's a great people watching spot, prob. actually one of the best to watch... travelers pop out of the Palace Hotel. I'd go back here again if i wanted a hideaway,with less unruly coffee drinkers! Read more
