The new manager Cory is so cringy, he charges for bags, he's rude to the homeless man that's comes in there. Been here twice ?. Don?t come if you are in a hurry because they will take their time busy or not ! Both time I was here only... two to three person ahead of me but it took 15min to get my coffee . .. cashier/ employee also very unprofessional , seem likethey don?t want to be here ?. So the store overall have a great atmosphere.. But today wasn't great. She didn't put my sandwich on the bag, and because of... that I have to wait extremely hard 8 hours of work without lunch . On top of that the phone line is busy and no communication tocontact. Read more

I love to start the day with a good coffee. Starbucks is one of my favorite places. I have always said that Starbuck's customer... service needs to improve. I really don't like to comment on how bad the service received. But the service I received on 9/11/22left me totally disappointed. Very bad service. Read more

Whoever was placing the coffees and drinks on the pick up corner needs to inform customers orders are ready by SAYING their name... out loud. Don?t just place them at the corner and walk away. There was a big pile up of orders just sitting on the pick upcorner. Nobody knows which one. Customers are crowding on that pick up corner trying to find theirs drinks and have to TOUCHyour drinks to rotate and read the label. It was a disorganized and easily preventable by just saying the customers name. Isthat too difficult to ask? Read more
