It is always a pleasure to get a coffee here, they always have a nice smile or comment to make and have cookies for the dogs.... Love their food section, sweet and savory. My dog loves her puppuccino! Read more

Very slow serving coffee, tea & 2 cheese pastries. It took them 15 to 20 minutes Customer service was ok. They were people... friendly but over all they took to long. Read more

This is one of the warmest and most generous Starbucks I have visited across California. From the professional , warm district... manager to the diverse and equitable staff/baristas. I felt instantly at home and they are truly a little blessing in thecommunity. I appreciated that they let me read, study and charge my phone while I waited to become hungrier, they even let mebring in my water cup from Philz which was nice and so eco friendly. I also heard how they upkept the health standards byannouncing washing hands every 30 minutes. They have special treats for doggies as well and it is genuinely a tidy store.Definitely if I had a choice this would be my spot every time just for the atmosphere and positive vibes, it's truly just a plusthat they all care for the hospitality they provide ???????? Second time they give a cheaper item than I paid for. I have been given a ham and cheese croissant instead of a sandwich twice.... I guess this saves Starbucks a few dollars out of my pocket. If it happened only once I could believe it was a mistake but nowI don't know. Read more

Bad/poor customer service, extremely mean , unprofessional employees plus racism is their top priority. The employees here play... favoritisms which is really sad. They discriminate against people who just want to buy coffee , and pay for it , then leave. Butunfortunately they insult customers, by using harsh words just because they belong to an specific place or origin. This is notthe way to treat customers. You can?t discriminate against skin color, race, gender, national origin, disability, age,pregnancy, medical background, religion, or even genetic information. The law in CA prohibits discrimination. In addition, theyneed to take care of the hygiene of the bathrooms instead of doing discrimination against customers. I won?t recommend thislocation to anyone.???????????????? Read more
