I?ve stopped by a couple of times on the way to work. It?s pretty quiet in the mornings before 8am I?ve noticed. It might be... because they don?t have their mobile order on? Got me a caramel frappuccino extra caramel I told him to put extra caramel I was surprised how much they put it was so delicious
Ordered a grande mocha and a venti brown sugar oatmilk espresso with LIGHT ice. When the barrista was making it i saw her add... extra ice. At that time I told her I ordered LIGHT ice and she asked the dude who took my order if I asked for light ice. Hejust shrugged and she then told me she wasn't remaking it- even though I sat and watched her remake a drink for a customer nextto me. She was rude and I will not be returning to that store. I've worked around the area for 3 years and I've never had a major issue with their customer service (other than a couple of... times when their order ahead receipt printer wasn't printing out orders!). The gorgeous lady who I think used to have severalfacial piercings, is just a trooper! She's been there for a while, and it shows with how quick she can make drinks! I'd get offthe Bart station on Montgomery and order my coffee, and it would always be ready by the time I got there! Read more
