Terrible.. The woman was to busy talking to her coworker that she messed up my order. I was in a hurry so I just to it and left.... When i ate it the bun was so dried out it started to crumble apart.. I would never recommend this place. Just terrible.. Read more

Placing an order via app results in a cashier who claims they never got the order, refuses to help or give a refund. The app... says it was accepted and made and what time to pick it up. After waiting an HOUR arguing with him on this being their problemwith the system not my issue, he still refused to help, make my sandwiches or give a refund. AVOID THIS FRANCHISE AND LOCATIONAT ALL COSTS. They will only steal your money and you're out of luck unless your bank can dispute and refund. Read more

I ordered chicken breast sub. I got home and when I got down to my last bite, I felt a hard object almost going to my gums. When... I surveyed the object..it was embedded in the end of the chicken. It was about 1 inch long skinny object..looks like a bone (offwhite in color). I was of course taken back and disgusted. I immediately took pics and also pics with my receipt next to it sothey can note the date and time on receipt and note the date my phone took pic. I had to get ready for work...so no time to goback to establishment. I called and I rung a few times and then a noise like a fax machine came on. I hung up and called againand a lady answered. I told her what happened and she said that I could come back and they could make another one for me. I toldher no, I dont want another one..I want my money back. She then spoke in native language to someone else and next thing..shehung up. I was not rude or anything for her to do so. I called back and it rang forever. Called back again..same fax machinenoise. I then said I'll just go by the next day after I get off. Went there after I got off..lady working told me, managerdoesnt come in until 11am. I dont have time to be back and forth over this matter as I'm from out of town. I would not eat atthis establishment..serving foreign objects that were embedded in my meat and terrible customer service!! I had to rate itsomething for post to go thru..but I would've rather rated it 0 stars!! Read more

Well the younger guy that rang up the food was like spacing out and forgot to give me my drink cup along with my amount, he also... pulled out his phone and paid more attention to that then me ordering food. The building and food was just fine though, theydon't have any bathrooms at any of the subways I have been to. Read more

Basic Subway sandwiches here. I believe they toasted my sandwich without asking (I prefer it toasted, but someone might be... surprised if they prefer theirs to not be toasted). There's little room for seating available inside (maybe ten seats). Thestaff was friendly enough, but I could overhear the confrontation at the register and it seemed that the employee was unable toproperly communicate with the customer. I bought a breakfast sandwich this morning. I asked for a honey oat bread. I didn't know they stopped serving such kind of... bread. The Chinese lady started yelling on top of her voice telling me to pick the ones shown on the counter. She was rude anddisrespectful. She didn't need to shout at all. Good customer service please.
