Wanted to sit down and have a sandwich. Navigated the maze that is Macy's, and seating, post mask mandate in sf, is cordoned... off. When I asked where to sit, the two ppl behind the counter kindly offered that I sit at boudin, right past THE SIGN THATSAYS BOUDIN CUSTOMERS SEATING ONLY. Never gonna come back. Read more

The service was okay and they got the job done. However, the vegetables and cheese weren't too fresh.

I found hair in the bread, the hair was baked with the bread. So disgusting. Returned it and got refunded.
