Baked Bear is always our favorite dessert after dinner. When we saw one in Little Italy in SF, we jumped on the chance of... getting Baked Bear ice cream cookies for dessert after our dinner at Sotto Mare. Although there are many flavor choices, wealways choose our favorite chocolate chip mint ice cream with hot brownie. The cold ice cream combines with hot brownie is likea match made in heaven. We just love the awesome taste. Another of favorite is the ice cream sandwich with two monster cookies. If you have the room in your stomach after dinner, this is a must have thing. You will not regret it. But you probably have toput in an extra hour of workout the next day. This is good for a group outing for desserts. They have outdoor seating. Read more

The place was not busy and clean. Ice cream tasted good, limited spots to sit inside. The place was well lit and comfortable... to be in. Service speed was ok, didn't feel like staff was having a good day and was showing in their interaction with thecustomers. The hanging menu board guides you on how to order. Only been there once so I don't know how often the flavorschange. Read more

We happened on this place on a warm Saturday night while wandering through North Beach. A line greeted us when we walked up. ... Kind of a build your own cookie masterpiece in three steps. We had fun and tasty time there. Check it out. Read more

The idea was really great and also most of the combinations are good. The only problem that I see is that it is really... expensive, I'm not sure about the average in this city but it's sounds crazy to me paying 9$ for an ice cream. Read more

A great ice cream shop that sells scoops in cups and cones, drinks, as well as their signature products: custom ice cream... sandwiches. The bear batter ice cream was absolutely wonderful, a fun bright blue with little brownie and cake bits. Check thisplace out if you want some ice cream. Read more

A trendy place to stop by for a creamy sweet late night treat. ???? Not too impressed by the red velvet cookie texture and... flavor, or the bright blue ice cream which they call, "Bear Batter". I'd say stick to the classics like a chocolate ???? chipcookie instead. The whitish parts of the red velvet are actually powdered sugar and not melted marshmallow. The blue ice creamis fun to look at but underwhelming in flavor. It's just blue ???? coloring after all. Their cookies and cream wasn't much tobrag about either. It's mostly sugar, and the flavors you'd expect in a cookies and cream didn't stick out. I gotta admit, I'mspoiled by Strauss and Humphrey Slocombe products. Unfortunately, the cookie and brownie wasn't heated enough. The brownie wassurprisingly dry and not gooey at all. Their ice cream sandwiches are an overall average late night treat. If you're drunk, you'd probably wouldn't care about these nuances ????. Their colorful treats are more gimmick than they are for taste andtexture. Read more

Tried this place twice and loved it! Their cookies and ice cream are great. They also have gluten free cookies! However, last... time i came i ordered 2 cookies, i asked one of the girls working there if she can heat them up for me, she told me no and thatthey only heat up ice cream sandwiches, which i found weird to be honest and couldn?t find a reasonable excuse for it. Thats whyi gave them 3 stars. Read more
