Seriously rude service. If there's something you can't or are unable to do you don't just say "no" every time when asked, you... politely say why you can't do it and everyone moves along. I would think twice coming in here unless you are open to having yourvisit ruined with lack of customer service skills. Read more

This is a decent coffee shop with good coffee, it can take a while to be served though even when empty. When I last visited I... was one of five people there and was ignored by the person who was working front of house and ended up being served by someonewho noticed me standing at the counter from where they were working in the kitchen. The gentleman that served me was greatthough. If you have plenty of time and want to watch the world go by (or just listen to the various pitches going on all aroundyou) then you can do a lot worse in San Francisco. Read more
