It was a chilly day and I was craving tofu soup, so that's how we ended up at The Crew. Kiddo wanted his ramen, so he ordered... the combo which comes with gyoza. He ate it all up but noted it tasted just like the Shin Black ramen package. If that's thecase, don't know if it was necessarily worth paying $14.95. We also ordered the: 1) Kimchi Jigae - more than enough for 3people with plenty to take home. Probably my fave dish. Very flavorful and definitely has a kick. 2) Kalbi - can never gowrong with kalbi 3) Kimchi Cheese Pancake - every table seemed to have ordered one version of the pancake and I can see why. They're huge, crispy, and flavorful. One of the better ones I've had. 4) Chicken - hubs can never pass up fried chicken.Couldn't decide on a flavor so went 1/2 sweet and spicy and 1/2 sweet garlic. Definitely crispy. Flavors of both were good but Ithink I like the sweet garlic one more. Everything we ordered was good. Prices might be high but portions were decently sized.Would return again the next time we're craving Korean food. Read more

We?ve returned multiple times now. The food is delicious and at a very reasonable price AND it?s open late!

Tofu soup with vegetables! Great flavor, textures and good bang for your buck. This is always a reliable spot for Korean food... with vegetarian options! Read more

We used to love this restaurant pre pandemic. It was one of our favorites. We were excited to try it again, but were sorely... disappointed. We ordered the pork belly, the fried chicken wings and tteboki. The pork belly was tough, tasteless, and NOTblack pork. It was terrible - like eating slices of dried pork chop cut up. The chicken wings were also tasteless- and theportion was ridiculous(6 pieces of chicken (3 mid joint wings and 3 drummies for $15!!!). The ttetboki was just ok - nothingspecial. Best part was the lychee soju. Never going back as this restaurant has truly lost its way - more than disappointing-food was terrible! $78 meal?not at all worth it. Read more

Their pork stew (???) was suuuper tasty and the foods came out fairly quickly. Very tasty overall, but the one star was taken... away because the decor/atmosphere feels a bit outdated and boring. Solid ??! Read more

Saddens me how a few months ago, this restaurant out in the Sunset in SF was burglarized. People that are already suffering... from the pandemic having to deal with another hurtful blow in life... I've been to The Crew a few times before the pandemic butnever ordered their food to go. I see their food as Korean comfort food. Hot bowl of tofu soup, tteokboki, galbi and theirawesome garlic wings. A few sips of their yogurt soju, the belly is warm and full. Thank you The Crew for putting a smile onmy face and I hope they continue on their road of recovery and towards success Read more

I'm not qualified to judge how authentic the food was, but it was really good! The decor was pretty cute except where someone... had written the name of the restaurant and then erased only part of it from the wall a few times.... The service was good, butthe prices were pretty high! Most dishes were in the $22-$27 price range, but some were as low as $13 before tax. If you arewanting a fountain soda, they only have 4 options (Coke, diet coke, Sprite, and Fanta I believe) and they were $2 for one canwith no refill. Maybe I'm just not over my sticker shock though??????? SF is an expensive place to go out. Read more
