Delicious fish. Going to get some now. The chicken was also goodness. Orders were large too.
Hole in the wall spot, in a place you wouldn't expect to even see a restaurant. Glad it's still here. My go-to spot for fried... catfish. Always fresh. A little unevenly seasoned sometimes, but everything can't be perfect all the time. Some pieces are justa little more salty than others. I can live with that. The OGs in the back know what they're doing, and orders don't take longto come out. Everything is cooked to order, so keep that in mind. Haven't tried the desserts yet, but will in the future. I order a prawns meal and the prawns was very small. Kinda looked like a piece of shrimp other then that it was flavorful.
This fish is better than any fish in Oakland (sorry) but it is!!!! Reminds you of them back in the day JOInTS that no longer... exist. I don?t mind taking that trip across the water for this here. Please stay in business so I can?t keep bringing you mindcoins!!! Thanks TWO JACKS!!! Read more
This is a little hole in the wall that has very delicious food. The menu is awesome. This food reminds me of my mom's cooking... growing up as a child. Cash only no delivery but you can call to make an order before you come. Great seafood, burgers, chickenand fries. If you try the food once you will come back. Read more
I ordered the snapper burger with a side of fries. It was delicious. My coworker was eating 1 and it looked really good. So... after work I drove down to get 1 myself. The fish is well seasoned, the bread was soft, fries were still hot once I got home. Ihave eaten here several more times with no disappointment. The owner guy has a great attitude and very friendly each time I havegone in. They don't take credit so had to get cash. Don't bother calling ahead the guy is way too busy to pickup the phone. Iwill continue to eat here in the near future. The burger taste delicious????. Stop on by and get you some home cooked food. NOTFADT FOOD, COOKED FOOD!!!!!
