Glad to have a new business open at the place where previously occupied by a popular firewoods causal Italian spot. ... Unfortunately, the owner seems not interested in investing at this place. The furniture are so cheap and poorly made, they arealready worn out in a less than a year since opening. The food is also disappointing. The place has a wood fired oven but theydid not utilize it. We ordered a cheese stick as appetizer and a pizza to share, plus some cocktails. The cocktails were toosweet. The cheese sticks came with the tomato sauce. The sauce was not homemade or in the good quality, it has no herbs andthe tomato favor tastes artificial. The pizza used the same sauce and the mushrooms were also from the jar, which was placed ontop of the pizza after the pizza was cooked. The crust taste like cardboard. We both took one bite on both appetizer and thepizza and left and could not take another bite. What a shame. Read more

The majority of what was ordered tasted great! The person taking my party’s order mixed up the salad we actually ordered and... forgot to put in our entree order (both of which were comp’d for their mistake, thankfully). My favorite dish was the citrussalad (which we didn’t actually order) and my least favorite dish was the pizza with sausage and mushrooms. Read more

Unfortunately, one of the worst pasta experiences I’ve had in my life. At $20 for a vegetarian pasta dish, I had high... expectations: great noodles, or at least a generous portion size. I got neither. Check out the photos – the portion size wasso tiny that our whole table laughed in disbelief when they brought it out. There were probably about a dozen rigatoni total. Ifit had been incredibly tasty I could have forgiven the small serving size, but it was some of the worst pasta I've ever had– significantly undercooked. I've had al dente pasta in Italy, and loved it; this wasn't al dente, it was nearly raw. I haveonly nice things to say about our server. When I told him about the problem with the pasta he promptly had it remade and removedfrom our bill, and sincerely apologized. (The kitchen did not redeem itself on the remake; I just didn’t have the heart totell him that the replacement he brought out was just as undercooked as the first one.) Other notes: - The centers of our friedpasta balls were cold ($10 for two 2” balls) - The Pizza Fritta was amazing. Prepared like a deep-fried calzone (which was notmentioned in the menu description, but a pleasant surprise.) - The table knives had brightly colored cheap plastic handles, making them look like children’s toys. - They were out of spaghetti (at 7:45pm on a Sunday) as well as all of their seafooddishes.
