The cocktails are great but too expensive for what they are, the food is average at best, and the service is either pushy or non... existent. Not somewhere to seek out. Read more

Fantastic place! The food is made with both creativity and comfort in mind. Don’t sleep on the butternut squash dish if... visiting during the summer. Kind staff and beautiful interior, as well. Will certainly return. Read more

The precedent has been set, and Violet's now holds the position of first among equals with its alluring menu of raw-bar... treasures, hefty entrées, and drinks. It is perfect for a romantic night since it is decorated in shades of blue and green andis furnished with a wraparound walnut bar. The ambiance is the same as that of its close sibling, Fiorella, which makes itvibrant and cozy. Favorites on the menu include fresh, chilled, and soft lobster served with Meyer lemon-mayonnaise;barbecue-glazed meatloaf served with mashed potatoes; and sticky toffee-carrot cake with good cause. It would be a shame to missout on the skillfully created drinks, such as the incredibly Instagrammable Violet Skies, which are flavored with strawberrybrandy, mezcal, and crème de violette. Me and my dad went to this place for some drinks, my dad ordered 3 wines and a soup. We had some burritos from earlier and... decided to eat them here. Some aggregative worker kicked us out of the restaurant for having burritos. I understand if we werejust eating the burritos and nothing else but my dad had three drinks and soup. He was also planning on ordering dessert. Kindof ridiculous if you ask me. 0/10 Read more

Ordered a burger which unfortunately came out fully raw on the inside (ordered medium rare), owner was gracious enough to give... us another. The olives were very hard and not pitted which wasn't advertised on the menu and pretty disappointing. Chicken wasvery expensive for what you get. I really wanted to like it as the location and atmosphere is nice, but food was not what Iexpected. Read more

Great restaurant in the outer Richmond / Richmond area. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was pretty damn good too.... We started with the Al Pastor Skewers and the slushee. Not usually a fan of al pastor or even a slushee, but both were good. Formy main, I had the cheeseburger, which was also good — exactly the burger I wanted — nothing too pretentious and overly madeup. My sig other ordered the grilled salmon — good for him, but the sauce was a little too spicy for him (fine for me). Wewrapped with the chocolate chip cookie and was sooooo happy with it. If you’re looking for not a fussy meal, check out thisplace. Read more

They have outdoor dining that fills up pretty quickly so get here early! The wings were a good appetizer, cooked just right. My... friend really enjoyed his meatloaf while my fried chicken was super juicy and breaded lightly. The service was also quick andfriendly. My only complaint is that the cocktails were super tiny and even so, were not filled up all the way. I felt bad but Ishould have sent back two of the cocktails we got since they were barely half full (already tiny glass). Read more

Great new restaurant in The Richmond for late night drinks and food. Really enjoyed finding this on the quieter end of Clement.... We got lucky without a reservation this time, but the place was busy throughout the evening. The wings (no pic) were tender andreally tasty, highly recommend them along with everything else we had. Staff were amazing, strongly recommend you take all oftheir dish/drinks tips! Read more
