It?s 10:20PM and they are already closed. I asked the stuff If they changed business hours, he didn?t answer my question but... told me they are closing because there?s no new order. I?m wondering if they will be close at 8PM in the future if there?s nonew orders coming up? I mean it?s a McDonald?s right? Every other time I've gone here my order is never 100% correct. Food is average of what you'd expect from a McD. Service is... sub-par. I placed an order around 830p via mobile app and when I arrived, the app options were: Pick up inside or Drive Thru. Ichose to pick up inside but the doors to the dining room were locked. I look on the windows to see when the dining room isclosed and the times were scratched out. No employee sought to let me know the dining room was closed and in fact, one employee,who was on their break in the dining room, saw me trying to open their 2 points of entry and didn't say anything. Once he wasdone eating, he went right back behind the counter. If you're going to close your dining room, then you should be able tocontrol your apps features by ONLY allowing the drive thru option available. They closed the "park in a # spot" option so whynot close the pick up inside option? Eventually, I went to the Drive Thru and let them know the option I chose on the app andthe drive thru employee apologized and said to come around to the window. I would've been okay and satisfied with this wholesituation but they forgot one item from my order and I really didn't want to go back and deal with such poor communication andservice that I've experienced time and time again. A problem I have had with this location and the one in Arcadia is that for take-out/delivery they like to give you a medium... fries in a large fries container. I am not sure if it is just the employees or the if it is the management that hopes to boostthe profit by counting on the customers not coming back to complain. When you spend the extra money on delivery you are going toexpect the order to not always be as hot as eating at the location, but at least they could give you a full order for the moneyyou pay. I've never been to a McDonald's that was run so poorly. The bathrooms were a disaster, the soda had the wrong syrup & soda water... mix, there were no medium or large soda tops (only small), the napkin dispenser was empty, the fries were not salted correctly(they had very little salt if any), and the burgers tasted awful. I told them that there were no napkins and no med. or lg.drink tops but they did nothing about it. We ordered, ate, and we were there for some time and yet they never took care of theissues I brought to their attention. I will never go back to this location. Read more

My review does not reflect what I think about the restaurant. I chose a random number of stars. however, the problem I see is... there are mobile orders, which are very large, regular orders, panel orders, and drive-thru orders. that's the problem with thetranshumanist Great Reset. the only way is to do only regular and drive-thru orders. Painfully slow service whether you go inside or do the drive thru. Making things worse is most the drive thru personnel work... with indifference and sluggishness. Hopefully corporate takes over this location and cleans house. Read more

Last Thursday I came here in the afternoon and the lobby door is locked! Me and other customers were trying to enter the lobby,... but the manager refused to let us in. Very rude. They are open in the drive thru but it?s a long line. Other McDonald?s alwayshave their lobby door open especially during business hours. It?s only 1pm but I don?t know why they close the door. The customer service is awful: the soft drink is overcharged with $1.79 for a large cup and the soda is decarbonated. The other... McDonald in Temple City near Las Tunas Dr has better equipment and customer service by greeting me when I went in. The staff areworking slow and have negative attitude. Read more
