I thought I stepped into hell. I ordered the lemon pepper wings. I've never eaten chicken so disgusting. the television was... loud. I asked for napkins and the short male employee pointed me to toilet paper. that's an insult when you use your finger topoint and without eye contact. there was no trash can. Worst customer service ever???when I finished ordering, there were only 2 people in front of me.but the food took 30 minutes to... reach me, I could see through the glass window that they were joking and laughing all the time and playing phone games, not forthe customers they were waiting for, they seemed not in a hurry. Came to try their new chicken sandwiches and they were tasty. Perfect for a late night snack! The chicken fillets are pretty... big and the buns were toasted. I had both the Original Hot and Cajun flavors and neither was overly spicy so I'll try theAtomic next time. They drench the patties in the sauces so they were a bit soggy but was great paired with the ranch dippingsauces. Free parking in lot across from Grocery Outlet. Read more

I tried placing an order online and the website said that my order did not go through. So I figured they had issues with their... website and moved on. The next day, I saw a charge for the order on my credit card!!!! I called the store and spoke withJessica who stated that it was a known issue on their website. That people are placing one order and two orders are appearingor that the website is saying no order went through and the order is being charged with no confirmation or email. Jessicastated that they would not be responsible since I did not pick up my order, so I asked how was I supposed to pick up an orderthat did not receive a confirmation and that their website has a known issue for???? They never tried calling me to alert me Ihad a PAID order waiting. Jessica stated that she would escalate to her Regional Manager. BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - youcould be stuck with a charge and no food or charged for more orders than you placed at WINGSTOP and even though their defectiveand faulty website is the cause, they are going to try to cheat unsuspecting customers!
