we order from this place very often sometimes twice a week do to family work schedules and do lots of big events throughout... month. However, this will no longer be the case, on 10/17 I ordered 1 large pizza late night that was so bad we had to throwmost of it away after only about a slice and a half in and getting quite sick before our nightmare began for two days now. weunderstand that losing 1 or 2 customers wont do a lot of damage and quite honestly idc but we ordered here a lot so hopefully itmakes some impact when others read this review. just know that the crew running late night shift tried to kill us to save a hourto most likely go home early even if thats not the case this is how it is being perceived. I ordered a pizza online for carry out and asked my bf to pick it up otw home. He says he'd already past the restaurant and was... tired. So I tried to call the store over and over to see if they could make it at a later time so I could pick it up otw home.No answer. I waited on the line over 15 minutes then I called on my other line no answer. I called about 15 times not 1 callanswered. When I arrived at the restaurant the phone was ringing repeatedly but again no one would touch it. The guy asked if hecould help me? I asked why they're weren't answering the phone? He said because he's busy Henning me, I say no handle yourbusiness and answer. All you have to say is excuse me answer the phone and place them on hold. I was told they were to busy toanswer the phone. He goes on to say my order has been ready for 2 hours. I said exactly!!! I ordered pizza, breadstick and chicken bites. Email said order would take about 54 to 64 minutes. One and a half hours later... notification said driver was on his way. We live nearby so 15 minutes later I call the store but am put on hold and no one everanswers my call after 37 minutes. After 2 hours and 15 minutes after I placed the order the app says my order is delivered but Inever received it. I then receive an email that my order was not right and offers me 60 points for a free pizza. Thank God I waspaying with cash so I did not lose any money. I thought my pizza was missing, it wasn't our delivery person saw that our chicken didn't have enough topping so he took it back... and made them fix it. Our pizza was hot and delicious as was the chicken I love our delivery guy he is top notch at the sanjacinto Dominoes on state. Read more
Almost 2hts to receive 2 med pizzas they arrived ice cold. I had to drive to the store to see if they had made my order, I was... told it would be another 20-30 mins because the driver left but has 2 orders out. Read more
Horrible rude. Refused to provide my food. App said it was ready. Walked in, paid for my order, watched the 6-7 employees talk... about other orders while I saw one of my pizzas sitting on the counter waiting to be cut. Food was not ready. Pizza stayed onthe counter had flies land on it, another customer walks in and gets his order, and when I asked for a new one the supervisorthrew in the trash very angry. Last time giving them a try....I made an order online and was given an estimated time 35-45 minutes. 1 hr 15mins later after... nothing. Even though the delivery status said delivered so I called to find out there it was and was on hold for 20 minutesbefore I hungafter they answered and the put me back on hold without saying anything to me. I checked outside my house severaltimes and found nothing then 1hr 45mins later the food was outside my house. No one rang the doorbell would have been out thereall night if I wouldn't have continued to check. Pizza weren't even cut, and all of the food was cold. Will not be ordering fromhere again. Read more
Came to curbside pick up and they stopped the timer before handing me my pizza. 5 mins later I got my pizza and they didn't want... to give me my free pizza. The kid came out saying it'll be out soon and I told him about my free pizza he ran away. The secondtime he came out I said what about my free pizza and he said they have nothing to do with that, that that's domino's issue anddid not take my complain seriously. I stated that if they didn't stop the timer inside the store that the app would give me acode, once again he reiderated that thats dominos issues and ran away into the store.
