Starting with the service: The costumer service was terrible, going through the drive-thru, the female taking the order sounded... annoyed the whole time and kept rushing me. Could or wouldn't split the order, so I ended up paying for my passengers/coworkersmeal (whatever). But literally the whole time, annoyed and rushing me (There was no one else in the drive-thru). Had to stopher like three times "hold on can you give me a second." I got a chicken avocado burrito. Chicken was dry and really salty andthe avocado was hard. Like chewing plastic. Really sucks. She over charged me because I asked her to give me 2 piece chicken meal instead. Everything about this visit was bad. The chicken was so over cooked it was dry as a bone and hard to chew. The side orders were... not filled to the top. In fact they barely made it to half way up the tiny container. The pinto beans were spicy enough to clearyour sinuses for a week. And worst of all they completely overcharged us for everything. They charged us for a 3 piece when weordered a 2 piece AND charged us for an entire 8 piece chicken when we ordered and received a 4 piece half chicken. Overall for3 people to eat it was over $40 and we?re all going to bed hungry. Very unsatisfied with the service and quality of food here. Read more
