Starting with the service: The costumer service was terrible, going through the drive-thru, the female taking the order sounded... annoyed the whole time and kept rushing me. Could or wouldn't split the order, so I ended up paying for my passengers/coworkersmeal (whatever). But literally the whole time, annoyed and rushing me (There was no one else in the drive-thru). Had to stopher like three times "hold on can you give me a second." I got a chicken avocado burrito. Chicken was dry and really salty andthe avocado was hard. Like chewing plastic. Really sucks. I genuinely have and will continue to enjoy this franchise. Just nothere. *I've had the same experience at this location twice now, leading me to believe its not a oddity. Read more

Ordered a pollo bowl. Hardly any chicken. They put leftover scrapes of chicken. Mostly rice and beans. Manager very rude and... argumentative when I went to return it. She over charged me because I asked her to give me 2 piece chicken meal instead. Disgusting! Don?t buy here and spend your money elsewhere. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy food! Lazy, sloppy and useless staff. If you... don?t like working in a restaurant why did you apply for a job at Pollo Loco? Hire new staff cause they are all terrible. Hirepeople that need a job and appreciate their services. Creamy sauce is watered down, if you ask for your salsa or napkins theyget offended like they don?t use napkins. If you request for something like ?no pico or cheese? they won?t make you your orderinstead they will finger pick everything out from a pre made order. Tip of advise hire new management, hire new staff that dowant the job they applied for and stop the sloppy and tasteless food service. Just gave El Pollo Loco a 2nd chance & it did not go well. 1st they need to stop buying their chicken from Munchkin Land. also,... it was so dry I almost choked on it. WTH Pollo Seco, I mean Pollo Loco do better. Read more
Everything about this visit was bad. The chicken was so over cooked it was dry as a bone and hard to chew. The side orders were... not filled to the top. In fact they barely made it to half way up the tiny container. The pinto beans were spicy enough to clearyour sinuses for a week. And worst of all they completely overcharged us for everything. They charged us for a 3 piece when weordered a 2 piece AND charged us for an entire 8 piece chicken when we ordered and received a 4 piece half chicken. Overall for3 people to eat it was over $40 and we?re all going to bed hungry. Very unsatisfied with the service and quality of food here. Read more
