This Mcdonald's location is great. It is conveniently located near a gas station. It is a hassle to exit and enter this... Mcdonalds'. What I like most about Mcdonalds' is that you can get great deals when you download the mobile app. I ordered asausage mcmuffin and a hash brown. I got the hash brown for free by using my reward points. The food was great. However, when Igot through the pay window, I noticed that they charged me for the wrong item. A suggest telling them to repeat your order. Ialso suggest asking for ketchup in the last window because they don't offer any condiments to you. Read more
It's becoming more common than not that I cannot get an apple pie, nor a sweet tea and I won't even try for an ice cream. It's... TOO much work apparently, for any of these items to be made. This seems to be a McDonald's trend. It's been ages since I'vebeen able to order and receive an apple pie . The McDonald's on university Ave in Riverside deserves a shout out as they seem tobe the only place I can get apple pies and sweet tea! Read more

Horrible service after waiting in line for over an hr to find out none of the Frappuccino smoothies or anything similar to that... worked we couldn't get out of the line we ended up ordering ice cream for it to be done so poorly, and the costumer service wasunpleasant after an hr of wait for them not to have what we specifically went for, the employee was not even paying attention towhat I was saying and at the end he said well we can't do anything do you want to leave. Like really how can I drive off I guesshe wanted me to fly off.. and to top it all off when we go to pay I noticed the place was dirty trash all over the floor and theemployee's standing around talking. That explained why the line was moving so slow, so much to complain about that I will juststop here, I rather drive farther to another location.
